Hi, anyone managed to get approval for BTO Deferred Downpayment Scheme (DDS) even if you are below 55 years old? buying BTO with DDS, eligible flat buyers will only need to pay the stamp duty and legal fees when they sign the Agreement for Lease, from 6 months after booking a flat. They will pay the purchase price of the flat once it is ready for key collection. As i will be 2 more years to be 55 yrs old, i was wondering if i can apply for it if i got my BTO before i turn 55 yrs.
