BELT CP got trouble?! roar! ..HELP

i jus bought my belt, after i setting it oledi..balance of body also ok..horizontally..now the problem occured..
when i hovering, i elev front...heli will action front right side.. (i see the tail side..) when i aileron right...it action right back side... i aileron left..it action left front side... the heli is unbalance to hover like tis..? y?

i try all the way to set epa, and change the servo but still same..

help!
