Wanted to tap on our masters' knowledge.
I just bought a 2nd hand Brio and am in the process of converting it into Nitro. I bought an OS 10LA and on the manual. There's this part which I am not too sure of and how significant it is to the project. There's this portion which says to "Locate the fuel tank so that the top of the tank is 5-
10mm (1/4-3/8") above the level of the needle-valve." How significant is this if I do not follow it? Currently, the enging mounting (which is similar to the motor mountings) would position the engine just nicely where it fits the cowling nicely, however, to position the fuel tank according to the instructions would also mean the tank sits on a higher position of the fuse, ald that also means CG moves up, right? I want to keep CG as low as possible, for obvious reasons....
I need some enlightenment!
