Seller please read before posting

We wish to inform effective from 1st December 2005, forum members who is selling NEW ITEMS for profit - part time / full time seller / LHS representative - is required to register themselves as a vendor before posting of sales of products in the market place. They are required to pay a monthly advertisement / sponsorship fees.

This is part of our forum expansion program in which money collected will go towards running the forum as well as organizing meet up, which we hope to further expand the RC community locally.

Selling of used items or NIB item belongs to Individual remains unchanged.

We still see many enterprising individual making use of the forum / market place to conduct "business" depsite several post / thread deleted or warning served.

We discourage people bring in stuff from oversea to put on sale here because we do not want this forum to be a tool to jeopardise the local rc business. Anyone running a proper business will understand this logic. If you really had to do it, please do it elsewhere, I am sure you can find other place more accomodating.

Multiple Account

Members are reminded that multiple account are not allowed in this forum.

The forum software is smarter then you thought. Members will be shown the door if you are found holding more then one acc ( except vendor )

You probably better off joining other site since you are so secretive and like assuming different indentity.

Carrying on a business?

Understand there are a handful of individual out there "freelancing" RC business.

As far as this forum is concern, only registered vendor with daddyHOBBY can conduct vendor posting here. On side note, I would like to bring attention to those who are not a vendor with daddyHOBBY to know that they are require to register the business with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority before carrying on a business in Singapore.

Failure to register is not only an offence punishable with a fine of up to $5,000, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both, but will also result in the rights under any contract being unenforceable by the person who did not register, unless that person applies to the court for relief or permission to enforce such rights.

Acra will not hesitate to take action against persons who have breached the laws under its purview. Members of the public may provide information on possible breaches by writing to Acra:
