      Have to agree on this totally..

      Have to rebuild a 250 recently..not withstanding the time and money spend on repairing (which I better off getting a new heli). The heli somehow doesn't fly right (am I imaginating?) and there is this vibration, despite numerous rebuild that I can't trace..

        Check if your main shaft, feathering shaft, and tail shaft are not bent. These can cause vibration if bent after crash.
