Keen eye Joe, it's Zeus, aka scorpion killer.
Completed the glider with AUW of 2.48kg empty and 3.3kg full. Only minor works left. Should be good for this weekend.
Just want to share nose weight casing I did on all my gliders.
I went to collect some sea sand. Finer the better. Wash the sand to remove as much salt and dirt as possible.
Add some water but not too much to make a mould.
Push the nose into the sand box. Press along the side to pack the sand.
Slow remove the nose. If the sand collapse into the mould it could be too little water or too much. Drop some sand into the mould to smoothen the inside.
Using a metal ladle, melt lead (be very care full). Place the sand box on a weight scale and zero the scale. Once the lead has melted, quickly pour into the mould. This need to be quick and at a steady pour. Keeping an eye on the scale also to get the amount of weight needed.
Once the lead harden pick it up with a pair of pliers (the lead can be very hot still) and wash off the sand. You may need some practice to get a good casting. Very, Very important if the casting is not good, never put the wet lead into the melted lead, the lead will explode because of the water.
Using a hammer tap on all the rough surfaces.

No, Dennis. My eyes are not as keen. I reckon this by default. You normally only get your performance glider from the same source. Since you can get this model in such a quick time, even sooner than after placing my order for a new glider, which means that you are left with what is physically available off the shelf. There isn't many to think of.
By the way, can I trouble you to cast a sub 2lbs nose ballast for my Pilatus?
