Hello,
Was wonder why's everyone saying Team Edge R/C karts are rare and can not be found? YES, the older 2000-2002 "18 inch GIANT figure" with kart are rare. However, the 14' scale versions we have and still build are not. We have tons of images if anyone doubts that. We even have race leagues overseas and in 4 states currently. Wish people who think their sitting on gold wake up a bit and do some research on which kart/scale is worth collectors money. Once again just for the record, the ones with the box that states: 18 inch figure is the rare one as it calls for the large/flat 9v power cell. Ours, the 14' inch driver figure with kart that runs off basic rechargeable round cells is not a collectors item. Before consumers get ripped off online, ask the seller if it takes a special battery. Also we should mention, the floor on the larger scale version is open on the leftside of the driver towards the outer body panel unlike ours. One last thing to mention, the tailpipe/muffler is bent and shorter on the larger versions and an easily spotted quickly in auction or other images. Our will always remain in scale.
