Actually, I heard from a few people that these are not good enough to fly, it is like toy, not professional. Though cheap, but does not fly well. And worst, no after sales service. A few of them actually trying to return the product to Mustafa...they selling there too... Hope they will not be stuck with stocks and piles of these "Air Kites". Some one that I know is trying to sell at USD42 for complete set. Wow, for those who wants to try, maybe there is chance that the price will drop further. Just wait...it might happen soon.

Sure, I got the info from a guy who sent out a mass email, you may want to email this guy. His email is patsim77@gmail.com and I have not contacted him before. So have not verify if it is true. Maybe you can try and let us know. If so cheap and good, I will want a set too.

If you have read all my previous thread, I have already made it rather clear that I am not someone who is in the RC world previously...what got me into playing RC was actually the RC Kites that was introduced to me by GFK. Naturely, the area and topics that I talk about and discuss has to be related to RC kites and not anything else. (If you guys have to say that I do subtle marketing, then I will just mention the name out loud in this posting.)

The reason you guys kept digging in was because you read some of my other postings and then relate what I post here as doing subtle marketing. In actual fact, in all my recent posting, I have never mention anything about GFK but only on RC kites. You guys just gave others the negative impression and comments about me. If you ask me why I only talk about RC kites, let me say it one more time. The simple reason is becuase I only know about this area. Unless you guys forbid me to talk about RC kite topic anymore, I will only have to leave this forum totally...becuase that rest of the RC models don't interest me at all. So if you guys are "forcing" me out of this forum, please say it now...then I will know how and what kind of culture the people in this forum is developing into. We have lost the freedom of speech and sharing of what we think. Then what is the point of having an open forum. Have it as a close door, close circuit forum will be better.

First you said you knew someone who is selling at Usd$42. Then you turn around and stab yourself by saying that you've never contacted the seller, and that the pricing is not verified.

You're trying to give us the impression that you knew the seller personally, yet in the end, all you have is his email address.

I believe that when most of us were discussing about be it planes, kites, helicopters or anything else, we spent most of the discussions on the items itself, and not mostly on the shop. Else, it would be a discussion on the shop and not the item

Why would we purposely give others negative impressions on you, your postings are free for all to view and people are free to form their impressions on you be it good or bad. No one is forbidding you from mentioning about RC kites, it’s not a taboo subject or anything. Long before you even turned up on this forum, there were threads on RC kites, and why they were no issues with those? Go figure.

Freedom of speech and sharing is a personal responsibility. To earn that right, one has to ensure that one does not abuse or misuse it. If there are railings along the waterfront, and a person still insist on climbing over it and jumping into the water. He can’t actually blame anyone if he drowns rite?

Bro we don’t dig into other’s business, especially when the guy already concluded his deal 4 days ago and this particular thread was on the 3rd or 4th page of the Buy/Sell Section. With the considerable volume of posting on the forum, that must have been quite an effort.

As far as I’m concerned, this forum has always been a friendly place where people help each other out. One doesn’t get ostracized unless one’s behavior turns a lot of people off rite?
