A Rig
I build a rig to capture the movement of the vehicle. Just at pushing spped with around 4-8 secs shutter.
See Here to have an idea of the pictures that rigs can produce.
There is a nice discussion Here and Here .
However, you do need to spend some time in front of the computer post processing the rig away.
A learning process...to share
