Ok, here's a little peek into the full size plans, I'm still discovering some dimensional errors as i progressed with the prototype build, it's a prototype
mah All building technics will be the same as my F-15 foam jet build.

Mike, i need to go for pee breaks too you know, and i also have a full-time job, need to eat, need to sleep, need to sayang/pamper wife (this one VERY important!), need to scold/discipline my children when they're naughty(like stepping on my newly-bought foam!, run here run there, You get what i mean?!

My building time is always after about 10pm onwards, but not everynight lah, wife sure pinch my ears!

Boy Do I Love Foam !!!

AstroBoy, How's about giving us a course on CAD?

Me...Don't have the opportunity to learn it from the courses that I had took.

Eh guys, no lah no lah, pai-seh lah i 'm enjoy the best part of this hobby, when i first started this hobby in 2002, all i wanted to do is learn to fly, that means more stick time on weekends, fly! fly! fly! now that i'm able to fly already, i can concentrate on what i like best about this hobby, "finding the plane that i like, draw it, build it, maiden it, iron-out all the problems, re-maiden again, successful flight! then that kind of euphoric feeling is = "PRICELESS!!!" Nobody can take that kind of feeling away from me, no money can buy that kind of feeling too! WAh-piang i damn loh-soh hor
Finished with gluing all 22 pcs of nose foam, yes 22 PIECES
Then cut away excess foam with pen knife, final sand down, this process is deliberately slowed down so as to catch the best curves on the nose cone with the sandpaper. I enjoy sanding down these compound curves

JCho, you're wrong, when i was 3 months old, i already crawled to the toilet to pee and then flush the toilet bowl already!

2 pcs of dia. 5mm aluminium tubes were used as bearings for the dia. 4mm CF hollow tube, 30-minutes epoxy was used, sufficient time to align the CF tube perpendicular to fuselage.
I also added 5x5mm foam strips to bottom of fuselage to strengthen the base.
Canopy and wings will be the next things to do, infact, after these two more things to be done, the only things left would be installing servos and the canard plane build would be completed! I think this build is definitely faster than the F-15 construction.
                            YEH!!!

Canard servo installed, using UHU POR glue, it's just a few stacks of 5mm foam to form what you see here...

I decided to use 2 pcs of 1/4" thick soft balsa (from NTC) instead of compressed foam from ArtFriend, using the lightest coloured grain helps as it's also the lightest in weight.
45 degrees angle grooves were cut using pen knife so that the 4mm dia. CF hollow tube can sit inside nicely.
