Cheaper than the blue foam sold by Art friends. I bought a 2" and a 1" thick sheet and they cost $15 total. By the way, they are 4 feet by 3 feet. Pretty large sheets.

They are supposed to be the same, but the qualities of the blue foam sold by Art Friend seems to be poorer these days. Not the same as before.

I took a break for a short vacation at Cameron highlands. After hearing about the Bedok Reservoir case, I spent sometime preparing the presentations for the authorities. Work on Jarts will resume tomorrow.

Was just at Cameron Highlands about 2 weeks ago too.

Did you bring your slope gliders with you? The Boh Tea Plantation's tea garden as well as the Equitorial Hotel had a nice constant breeze for the few days that I was there. Would have been a good place to let your bird soar a bit.

I thought of doing so but luckily I didn't. The temperature there was freezing cold and the clouds were constantly cover the entire area. The wind is also not consistant in directions as the higher mountains in front of the BOH tea plantation and Equatorial hotel were causing havoc to the winds, not to mention the rain that comes and go anytime and any place.

Haha... I see. Well, I did enjoy the view and the breeze as when I was there, we only had 1 evening of light rain, and he rest of the time, it was quite warm up there.

Well, you're the pro... your judgement would be most accurate as to whether it is a good venue for gliding or not. I just enjoy the breeze.

Good luck on the NPark's thingy.

I spent only about half an hour to hotwire cut the last fuselage core inner cavity. A bit of blending and the next step is to glass the inner walls.

The inner walls recieve thier layer of medium weight glasscloth, embedded with Epoxy resin.

The glasscloths are trimmed. With the antenna housings and elevator pushrod sheaths installed, I laid CF rovings at the wing saddle area. Ooh... the black stuff do make them look stylo, don't they?

Out of fun, I superimposed the image of a Jart over the picture of the Sedili slope as the background. Looks really cool, isn't it? It shouldn't be long before it become a reality.
