Its fun joining you guys for the first time and put faces to the names. Anyone took pictures of the funfly?

Many thanks to those who attended the FF - it was a great turnout coupled with brilliant weather. I did take some vids and will post it shortly.

A couple of things to note though
1) Naza M FW3.12 wasn't as stable - Flashing Orange lights dont go off with JR radios. No issues with Futaba Radios.
2) FW3.12 auto hover not as stable as 3.0 beta.....upon first power up. It requires little stick counter. What you need to do...Land, wait for 5sec and hover.
3) Personally, I prefer to roll back to FW3.0beta....more robust at this point in time till DJI resolves some of these hiccups.

Funfly moving forward will be even more fun for newbie....we can implement a Student / Teacher mode easily on newbie's quadcopter. The buddy system can accommodate most RX mix.

Here's a quick and dirty demo....the servo simulate a single ch handover takeover bet student and teacher.

Hi Rong....there will no funfly this Sun as speeder is honeymooning in Vietnam. We will have one next Sun. My intention is to rig up the buddy system for newbie flyers. So all can try out some nose in flying.

We may change the flying venue (to somewhere more central) so more can join in the fun - I expect some construction work coming up soon for the current venue. So stay tune.

Hi, Anyone use the Zolta Cells by Zenmtech for multi rotors ? Are they any good?
I was hoping to get a couple of 5200mah packs to try on my DJI F550. Price for each seems reasonable.
