450 Heli

Not posted for a while as been away from the hobby. If wondering, I was building and painting scale models panzers.

As quite out of touch and I wanted to ask what were the new developments in 450 size helis. Need to rebuild confidence before dusting off the large birds. What brands would you guys recommend, budget to mid range. The Align 450 comes to mind but not sure what else is out there.

Bro,

Skip the 450...go stright to 500 size like logo 400, Gaui X4II , Goblin 500, Trex 500.....
You probably will be reusing the lipos on these birds for your bigger size 600 helis...

And once you bring up the 500 for the first restart....the rest will come. It is like cycling...you never loss it.

Latest 450 size from Align is the 450 PRO or Plus DFC.

I'm also looking for a heli man... I know I know.. months ago I said I'd quit helis... and do pure DLGs only... but some good buddy of mine helped me to restore my courage to try inverted flying...

Been looking and looking... seems all the popular helis now have lesser and lesser flight times... a bit wierd....
