I strongly recommend 1 or 2 more photographers, as myself firstly I'm not professional, secondly alone I'm unable to cover most areas.

I don't think we need to have a frequency checker? Are we planning to restrict the number of flyers?

John, can we look into buddy chord to make it look more professional for the hand-on?

Looking at the possible foreign flyers, might have chance freq clash.
Freq Checker sounds commanding but I think its aim is for for foreign pilots to ask him instead of shouting around? In this case, the "checker" must be distinctive & made known so all freq enquires will go to him?

            HI Dennis,

Agree with you bro! will see who else can help volunteer in this role.
            Thanks for point out bro.

I think not to restrict but at least any new flyers need to register their freq first for safety reason.

will see how we progress these two days before the event.

can lah bro! I can get one borrow from school.
but the rest will need to volunteer.

I'll brief the VIP hands-on guys to ensure we coach the VIP properly.

if not, will limit to two to three planes for the VIP to try, need to brief the VIPs which stick to move (limit to RUDDER I hope). Disable Aileron/Elevator.

John, noted the Group photo before VIP hands-on and flight(in case crash, the smiles might not be as bright ),also think the ribbon cutting also important for my role.

Just a side note, from past experiences, the schedule is very very tight ...

I can cover photography while covering safety. What do you guys think?

Someone want to lend me his camera, or i can try "borrow" from office.
