Daiso, a all-$2 store at IMM sells great tools at super good prices. went down today to get some nice japanese quality stuff. they sell stuff like drillbits in sizes that modellers would normally use, and at $2, instead of buying the entire set with many un-used bits for $10. check them out. a beginner should be able to get the ensentials of a modeller's tool box for only $20. thanks to arthur for intro-ing the place last time

Not everything is cheap there... some items can be purchase less than $2 at hardcore hardware shops. Things like cable ties are very much cheaper at neighboor stores too.

I saw drill bits at around $1.60 per piece in a shop... can't remember which one though.. been to too many.

yea agreed, must know what to buy, but as far as tools are concerned, the prices there are good...i bought a set of 5 drill bits for $2...

but given a choice.. I think I will head down carefour to buy a 400W power drill with free set of 20+ drill bits... $16.90 I think....
They got so many cheapo power tool kits there now... ...
