Well guys, we have been sailing at ponggol for the past few weeks. The winds have been forgiving but needless to say, it has also been dogey; shifting every few minutes. Although it does test our wind readind skills it can also be frustrating.
I understand that the Bedok Res winds are stronger and more constant, however there is little shade. I really done see a problem for carpark as there is a public carpark next to the launching site. Can I suggest that we all pitch in say $10 to $15 to buy a canopy for our use. I saw one selling for about $158 at Marina. Fairly large. This may not be fiesable so your views please.
How about another try at Bedok next Saturday?
Cheers!
