WOW! Cool man! It sure costs a BOMB! If I am not wrong, this radio will cost at least USD 4~5k from my previous reading.

It somewhat looks like a cross between multiplex series, and the futaba industrial RC transmitters. Blocky looks, rugged & professional, and not toyish looking...

It could be 12ch or 14ch not sure Futaba never review out anything at all in this time. 1 step lower no I not think so TMZ14 came out before this FX-40 so this TX is more latest product.

Finger and Thumb Tx :na For those people with dumb thumbs like me Nice to see Futaba makes a European slant of their No. 14...

This is their recently launched european version of their top of the line pcm2048 system. The Central Europeans like their tx strapped and traylike for precise control. The run of the mill systems already exceed my flying skills so this system would be like having a space shuttle in the backyard with a cessna licence rating- good conversation piece at the field though.Expect most FAQ would be "how much is it?" and "how many channels?".
A breakthrough would be to bring the 2048 system to their lower range of radio systems.

I think this is most likely holding the next phase and key to the future's form of R/C.. PCM2048.... the air is getting more crowded every day with lotsa lotsa waves....

I must have got Euro blood somewhere in me... I really really like this kinda transmitter tray radios.... feels just so natural.... too bad i dun have big euro bank account Stuck with a Rd-6K
