For those flying in the East - new flying field in ECP

Went flying here today. It's the old golf driving range that I mentioned in the Bedok fun fly thread.

Really big field and free of passers by so quite a safe site. Suitable for nitro I would say.

Also has a fairly long and flat strip of tarmac at the side of the field closest to the road, so fixed wing could fly here too.

For those flying in the east - check it out some time! I will certainly be flying there again.

don't feel good to fly there... the area use to be old time flyer location... but soon after that.. ban on RC flying due to real plane flying near by
maybe some elec still ok as not really fly high and big.. but nitro will attract uncle blue to come by...

The gold driving range has closed and they have bulldozed all the buildings on the site. The place is now deserted.

Definitely a good field for EP helis.

I was there flying my slow flying eagle.
Had a nice deserted field all to myself.
Wind was too strong though. I crashed due to airframe failure.
Not going there again.
