Use duct tape or coloured tape to 'draw the lines' on the under side of the blades... easier to cut from the underside of the blade. It'll take a few strokes of the blade, the plastic's too thick for just one slice. When done, sand or file and re-balance. Better to cut little by little. Then one whole chunk and lose too much area.
