Looking for flying buddies (Farrer Park field)

Hi guys,

I have a honey bee esky which have been sitting at home for 2 years. Recently just thought of taking it out again for a flight. However, I'm still in the process of learning how to fly this machine. It gets a little bored learning to fly on my own. So I'm looking for frequent flyers who fly at the farrer park field. Hopefully i can keep this hobby alive with a great flying companion(s)! Despite the name, it is no where near Farrer Road, unfortunately for me.

Where is ferrer park?

Farrer park field is beside the temporary Tekka market and the old KK Hospital, currently occupied LTA. Alternatively you can take a train to farrer park station (along NEL).

we can play at the top floor of the multi storey carpark. so just park your car there. u say its 'free' parking.

Happy New Year 2 all! THis morning@8.15 was at Farrer Prk n flying alone wif my Trex 5,the field was spacious enough 4 my simple flying of fast forward,figure of 8 n couple of stall turns used up my 5 lipo batts,the view is not restricted wif the sunrise n the market behind me.A nice place to fly am wondering when n wat time ur all guys fly here?
