Please keep our flying field alive

Topics on being a responsible flyer in our local fields have been discussed many times here. I guess it needs no reminder for all to be responsible during FF and also for their own actions.

Was doing my usual flying this morning and what I saw left behind by another flyer really disturbed me.

A plane got burnt and what that was remained was not cleared.

A Lipo was left behind with the wirings damaged, this Lipo WILL EXPLODE if it is short circuited. We are not the only ones in the field and not everyone knows the dangers of Lipo explosions.

Also broken heli blades being thrown aside.

To all flying enthusiast, Please be responsible and keep our flying field alive.

It is at Old Holland Road, a field which banned RC flying sometime back. A small group of us RC flyers, flying only small EP planes and helis have been gathering back at OHR for our regular weekends flying.

Did not have any problems so far with the local residents there and the authorities. As far as we can do, we keep clear of the pathway, occupying only the grass patches and preserving the cleanliness of the place.

Since OHR has been "blacklisted" by the authorities, I hope RC flyers at OHR do their part and keep this beautiful field available.

I fly at OHR and i was equally upset by what i saw.

My view is that it is up to us filers to tell these people off.
These people really should not be flying.

By the way, what that person did to the floor is equal to vandalism. In Singapore can kanna caning.

It's an upsetting sight to see a plane got burnt especially if it's your plane

But at least clear off the remains and DO NOT leave any lipo out in the open. What if someone picks it up or someones dog picks it up with it's mouth and then "boom"
