    Tampines 5 flying field

Heard that police were at Tampines field last weekend, not watching, but chasing away some flyers who were there.
Apparently, those guys were flying with the RSAF Apaches helicopter.
Not careful, another field is in the risk of been closed down.

I normally fly in the west, and occasionally fly in the east area.

It is sad to see irresponsible behavior of some of our fellow RC enthusiasts who simply don't give a damp how they use the site. They expect someone to clean up for them , and I beg they will continue to do so week in and week out.

If we want to continue to enjoy this hobby Singapore , we just have to speak up and point out to those irresponsible guys on the spot to do it right.... tactfully Otherwise , it may be too late liao.

I think don't need to blame people.
How sure are we that we've done our best to 'prevent' before we start to 'punish'? If we want to blame, then we have to blame ourselves too for not communicating and educating others better.

Same principles apply to noob flying safety and passerby safety. Make sure we warn them, not just complain among the more experienced ones. I believe many experienced flyers are just too quiet. Oops... did i just blame them?
