New Gas Boat for PP

Hi All

Just bought a 26cc Gas Boat "Spider" from Jet Hobbies, want to maiden at PP. At stock will it meet the 90 db sound requirement or must I put a muffler on. Forgot to ask Jet before buying. Advice pls.

Ought to be able to meet...you need to have the muffler on.

Bring it down this coming Sun during our official running hrs (12 to 6 PM) and Ezi our chairman can check using the DB meter.

Welcome to the GAS side bro I'm too tied up this weekend to visit PP but hope to make it on the Easter weekend. All the best for the maiden

P.S. Dun give up if she doesn't run up to your expectations on the first day... we quite often have to go two to three rounds fixing, replacing or tweaking various components before these boats start humming

BTW, where do you get your nitro @ $26/gallon... my nitro boat fuel costs around $38/gallon (hope you're referring to the 5% stuff)
