    Help needed

    Hi guys,
i'm having trouble converting a model kit to rc.I;m currently trying to convert a aircraft carrier model kit to rc.The kit itself is motorized.one motor controlling two prop using a gear box and the problem i'm facing is i don't know how to connect the electronics.....esp the servo, motor, and so on.I got two rudder to control and i only got one servo.i've browsed through other rc website on how to convert model kit but still can't get any idea as their process are not clear enough.i've also seen other ppl using one servo to control two rudder and what other electronic do i need if i want my motor to forward and reverse. Is there any controller where as the frequency can be tune and control the rc plane or some other rc toys. Can anyone give me some advice on how to connect the electronics..thanks!

Bring your boat down to PP and talk to ez or the rest of the guys.
Better still be a member and get advise and pro help on this and other boating issues you have.

Anyways, i do not think that the eleectronics are really an issue.
You have the receiver which has inputs.
Ssually, (gun controller) the speed controller goes to slot 2, then the steering servo goes to 1, 3rd is usually for batt for the RX in intro models or a third channel servo.

For your steering, you can do a single rudder link to your servo then link the 2 rudders so they trun together.
    Just get a stronger servo.

FYI, hope it helps.....and not confuses

              Definitely can!
For some people it's important to show what they have, for others it's sufficient to know that they have it.
