Any other subs about?

i am close to finishing building a sub with full dive controls, and just came across this website. i was begining to wonder if anyone in singapore actually had boats as not much in the shops.

Some pics are attached. Right now the pressure hull is in bits as im upgrading some parts to work more reliably. Was taking on water (obviously not good) and the failsafe which is supposed to kick in on loss of signal and blow the ballast was not 100%.


any suggestions for sailing locations in central / west?

I had a couple of 'toy' sub before but all dynamic dive.
Wanted to get something like what you build (static dive) boat but the investment is too high

BTW where did you get your ballast tank & diving stuffs?

mixture of ebay (o seas) and online suppliers, has been a bit expensive, but wanted to do it right

Yep this is certainly more ex then plane & heli.

Did you build the hull yourself or buy it from US? I can't imagine the hull would cost easily US $300 right?
