Dos and Don'ts for beginner

Anyone knows the Do's and Don't for R/C flying activity? (legally)

e.g.
-- Where are the restricted areas that we are not allowed to fly (e.g. how far from airports)
-- what Tx frequencies we cannot use etc. (available for sale online, but not allowed to be use in SG)

If you don't want to crash, stick to the 29 range, 27 is used by all the toy cars and walkie talkies.
