a new slope?

Today i saw from the mrt going from yew tee to kranji the following,


Looking to it from google map it looks like a hill little bit bigger then bedok,

Its facing west, but im not sure if the place can be reached. Maybe someone who works or live close to it can check it out

yes been there, flew there once. faces west, nice steep slope with steps.

But now its not accessible anymore, in front they building the new MRT depot.
