It appears that segments "c" and "e" are having trouble. This can be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Connector/contacts came loose/dirty.
2. LCD damaged (segment c & e)
3. IC damaged
The best you can hope for is #1. Just open up the multimeter and check the connectors between
PCB and LCD. Some contacts may be loose or dirty.
If it is #2 or #3, the repair costs may be more than buying a new one. You need to check with the service centre.
