yar you just have to connect it to a small pump and water will cool the motor.

    something like this

here is the pump I used to pump water into my router electro spindle which I imported from HK.its working a lot better than the fountain pump. this pump cost...

i have seen a closed loop cooling system, couldn't find the thread now.

basically it's like all those water cooled PC. the water will run thru a radiator and a fan will blow air thru it thus cooling the water inside.

Won't it be messy? With dust all around and water in a pail. Unless can do up like those in the car. Can add fan coil somemore

diy addon/mod always looks messy, the fun part is how to make it look neat.

              no setting done, the result

woah very nice! From the sound of it, there was no need for back lash correction? I thought even ball screws will have some backlash.

I'm using the kerk leadscrew from A2ZCNC, that one has 0 backlash when i first installed, not sure about it now, will do some tests when i'm back from overseas.

0 backlash for a leadscrew, that is very nice.
is the 'nut' paired before shipment ?

may the power be with the new owner. wonder how much abuse it can take before backlash appear in ball screws.
