Advice needed for faulty tamiya tank {2}

Hi there, experts who know how to solve this problem, really damn headache sia. Okay i started off realizing that my barrel keeps moving forward and backward( about 4 to 5 times) after firing, than i tried to find out the prob by resetting everything and now theres no sound for main gun and machine gun. i think i better keep resetting again, any advice please feel free

i think u really need to reset your DMD ...... the TX setting dosent have to do with the missing GFS sound
