Hi guys, anyone of you is using the Imax B6 charger?

Does it need an external balancer?

How does it compare to the 601BC?

balancing is for align/dualsky type tabs. so far, balancing quite ok. using multimeter to check. value for $ charger.

I bought the Imax B6 and AC to DC all from Jethobby. Personally, I find this charger very user friendly and have all the protection to cover people like me. Example reverse polarity when wire is connected wrongly.

Balancing is good as well as I can get the battery to balance to 4.19 or 4.2.

It come with a nice box to protect the charger as well.

Hi guys, just got my imax b6, keep giving me this "INPUT VOL ERR"
am using 3s 1000mah 11.1v cell, alarm warning on all mode of lipo charging except discharging which is working, battery voltage before charging show 11.5v when measured with a volt meter, will anyone please advise.

It's "INPUT VOLTAGE ERROR". Check your adaptor voltage.

3x3 cannot!

2x2 and 2x3 maybe can with special adaptor... thats means u connect in series as a 4s or 6s. but u need a set of "series dean connectors" plus series tab connectors

eh...pai se..pai se..it 2 x 3s... typo error...I was told that the estation and the imax r the same just that diff brands....

But wonder if there is a funtion that i can off the buzzer for after it has been charge...
