it has a lipo balancer option.... i can use that to balance my balance my batteries

but... issit good enough or issit better to get a separate balancer?

try it lor bro, charge liao use voltmeter to check each cell..

search for imax on ebay. But you won't have local warranty and support.

Before charging, select BAL CHARGE and not LIPO CHARGE during the setup process. Because the LIPO CHARGE mode do not show balancing status while the BAL CHARGE shows all the cells status while charging.

BTW IMAX B5 sold by us comes in 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects and 1-to-1 exchange is possible if the manufacturer defects is beyond repair. Please keep your receipt to proof your purchase from us.
We were informed user's abuse and damaged will be assessed by the factory to conclude repair cost.

like wat sky has mentioned, select the lipo balance charge feature to charge your lipo. During charging, just press the INC to switch between individual cell voltage monitoring or overall voltage and amp display.

This is a nice charger. Bro Heliguy just get it from our local hobby shop and be backed by warranty/service.

the only cons for this charger is only don hv discharging features,i would prefer 601BC instead of this..
