What mode is it in (or is it mode selectable?) and what is the Freq. Band of the FR Module? Is it also shift-selectable? Sorry, I know nothing about JRs. Depending on the above and if you can go lower, I might be really interested.

Yes, it is mode selectable. You can choose from mode 1 to 4. Its on the 36mhz band. Not sure what you mean by shift-selectable. Can me if you are really interested.

No the Jr 9x is positive shift and not shift selectable. Note must be taken when buying aftermarket Rx, proper shift must be selected in order for Rx to be compaitable with Tx.
