I have a PL8 and the IR measurement always show the last cell very high - much higher than the rest which I believe is inaccurate. Will this GT series have this problem?

It is not normal for both Powerlabs and GT series to show this behaviour. Have you tried cleaning all contacts to see if it helps?

If you're still having this problem, would you be willing to leave the unit at our office for a few days for us to check it out?

It is a new charger that is still in early development.. we have just completed our GT series lineup which consists of the GT500, GT Eight, GT1200 and the soon to be released GT1000. The new charger will be quite different from the GT series that's all I can say at the moment.

The GT series was tested by a pool of beta testers in the US but for new products, we would also like to form a local pool for quick response and feedback.
