This pic shows how the 5cent size motor gear box was mounted on the plane....2nd version .....1 mounting design too weak

The battery used is 2.5g 145 single cell lipo......

                  War birdies, EXCELLENT WORKS!

Frankly, enjoy warbird planes a lot too, but have never finished one, shame! It take me quite a while to post this reply as I have nothing to contribute!

I have Ziroli Hellcat, Meister scale FW109 and FW190-D and also both Vailly FW190A and HURRICANE,,I mean on paper plans. Some half-way and other never start... but once of this day, I will... especially TA-152, is all times

                  Keep it going!

Ya, took some ground fire, lost hydraulics in one leg and had to make a belly landing back at base! - the end result was a broken engine firewall after it crash-landed too hard, but has since been repaired & is flying again, though rarely, since the pilot is still suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome!
He's afraid that the next flight may be Kamikaze! Choy!

                          Hi AsiaSRC,

These are beautiful planes . Build them, build them quick.

I know how difficult it is to get started. Especially if you take a break somewhere in the middle! One of my projects: fuselage ready.....now fighting with myself to get started on the wings after a 1/2 year break
