Hi Spacewalker.
Ultimate is still good and strong. Dave Patrick's autograph still intact on cowl and fuse. Running OS 160 on a 20X8 wooden prop. This is the OS160 7th plane. Crash 6 planes with it already. Still going strong. 3 Giles 202,Leopard(pattern) ,Katana( Deadstick after 3rd flight) and a similar Ultimate. ( Yah same type of model ). One time had to dig it up from 1 ft of mud in yishun.
Ultimate. 64" span. Does everything except a very flat spin. 3years plus. Woodstock pilot.Sullivan wheels with aluminium( sport ) rims. Lost 1 spinner due to bolt shearing off in mid flight. Lost 1 sportrim in flight in Yishun.5 broken props. 2 undercarriage changes. 2 wheel pants torn. Flew a few times with no pants on. The plane's one not my pants lah.
