(Scale Heli Funfly) Coburg - Helifantentreffen 2006
Yes it looks like flying and I do not think it is turbine. See on top of the elephant ? The cylindrical object looks like muffler. Turbine got muffler meh?

That's not a muffler, lah !
That's a proton blaster ! .....didn't you see Star Wars - Return of the Jedi ? ...the Imperial forces attacked the Rebel's base on planet Hoth with 4 of these Ack Ack Walkers .....Now this latest version can fly one !
Now that u mention it.. the cylindrical object does look like blaster rifle from Star Wars! Again, that elephant also look like Star Wars AT-AT. Wonder anyone created R/C AT-AT or the star wars speeder bics or not leh. Would be very nice.
Hi w_kby
I in the process of upgrading my UH-1C to MTM 450TH motor with PHX-35. I also in the process of changing it to 2 bladed flybarless. With 2bladed flybarless, it become UH-1M liau. I hope i can finish it before coming weekends.
Hi Heli Lim
Sadly, for scale Heli in Singapore, we can count them. So few few people only. I think I see more scale airplane than scale Heli in Singapore. Maybe majority of Singaporean more interested in 3D heli than scale.

There you go again......
Keep 'em coming SH, these are pictures I believe will be roots to scale flying here in the future. Inspiration! Passion! There are many who love these but neither the time or expecially the knowledge to do it, I myself is one. I got a 500E for my R50 and it has been years and I have no idea how to go abt doing it. I imagine 10 years down the road young rookies will crowd around you and ask "Uncle SH, how you do this or how you do that?"..... Ok, I'll start first: Uncle SH, how and where can I find documented material on putting on a 500E on a R50?
I do not have experience in Raptor in scale suite but I try my best to help if possible.
I think the first thing u need to do is to have clear view of the real heli (In this case 500E). Then from there work around it.
Since your is 500E, that is in line tail boom, it should be very straight forward.
I think u dismantle tail boom, landing skids, rotor head and left only main frame as one piece, tail boom + tail gear as another piece and slowly put them all up in the scale body.
Let us know what or where u encounter problem and we work around it.
first thing that comes to my mind was a heli lifting an elephant...
then i saw the blades....
