Help needed, Change mode 2 to 1 for futaba T8J

Very easy job. Just change the spring over.

T8J mode conversion

There are a few steps to convert from mode 2 to mode 1 (or from mode 1 to 2).

1. Carefully on pen up the transmitter case.
2. Move the return spring from one side to the other. This will make the throttle stick return to the bottom and the elevator stick return to the center.
3. Remove one screw holding the metal piece which gives the throttle the feeling of moving in small increments/steps. This piece has little ribs on it in airplane mode. The helicopter version has a smooth piece. You can use either one depending on personal preference.
4. Refer to the Futaba manual and go into the transmitter menu and select your preferred mode in the menu.
5. Close up the transmitter case.

There are some online illustrations if you do a search. Overall, a pretty easy process.
