Gap at the joint is filled with Model Magic filler and sanded.

The bottom joint area is lightly sprayed with a thin mist of 3M77 spray adhesive and a strip of lightweight fibreglass cloth is laid into position.

I spread slow setting CA over the cloth until it is entirely soaked. Alternatively, you can use PVA or Aliphatic resin or Water-based Polyurethane varnish, but CA is the fastest.

With some very light sanding over the area done, the wings are ready for covering.

After covering the tails, the joints are epoxied in place with the help of the template. A ligh spray of 3M77 on the edges of the template is enough to hold the V-tails in place while the epoxy cures.

All the V-tails are ready for thier control horns.
