Removal of Balloon melted stain on RX

Want to ask bros here anyone got good solution to remove the melted balloon rubber on rx and servos lead/connectors?

I'm helping bro restore nitro cars which kept aside for years...the rx is wrapped by balloon....thus the balloon melted since its being kept for so long.
