besides returning your engine to the factory settings you might also want to check that there are no air leaks. This can lead to an overly lean mixture. In particular, make sure the carburettor is seated properly and air is not leaking in btw it and the crankcase. There is also a screw on the carb that is called "screw, stop" in the pdf link that Mad Armour sent you, check that its not missing. I've had that loosen and drop off before, resulting in an air leak.

Force engine is a relatively easy to tune engine. personally, i think if you dun learn to tune a engine, any engine also will give problems. try with this engine first, get the kick out of it first, after all, you already paid for it.
nothing comes easy hor, ask the rest how long it took me to tune my first car and to learn engine tuning. hahahahahahahaha, but no hard work, how to enjoy fruit of labour?
