Seriously I will advise u to go electric if you are a newbie. I haven't owned any nitro vehicles before but electric is really much easier. Down side is the starting cost and battery run times.

If u want to, get a Tamiya TT01. Relatively cheap and has good local support.

As a newbie if cost is a factor then maybe u want to get 2nd hand vehicles. But then again as a newbie, u will not know wat to look out for when buying 2nd hand stuff and u may end up gettting frustrated not knowing how to properly setup a car for the desired performance. U may then end up spending more by buying unneeded parts.

Best advise is to befriend one of the more knowledgable ones here (most of them are friendly) and get them to advise u on which vehicles to get.

        I don't own a TT01 btw. I run monster trucks though.

Buggy and truggy are both designed to be very light and fast for its class.
Both have very low cgs and are mostly designed for racing.

a 1/8 truggy has about the same weight as a 1/10 monster truck.

truggy are similar to buggy except that a truggy has long arms and bigger wheels.

I think that he is only selling the vehicle. it is cheap considering the condition that the buggy is in. U will need a tx and rx for it.

Look around more. Dun just jump into this hobby. Anyway this hobby is a money pit. U will just keep spending and spending.
