    Need Advice On MT Picking

    Hi guys
I've got a big dilemma and really hope you guys can help me out.
I'm new to R/C and want to get a Nitro Powered Monster Truck.

I've been doing alot of reading online and narrowed it down to this list of options. But i was hoping you guys could help me out by tellin me which is best or which is better and why.

Or Simply even ranking it in order of Your preference.

Also If you guys do know where the models are being sold and how much they cost especially. It'll be absolutely helpful. My budget is 1000 SGD. But i'm pretty sure not all stores locally sell these models at the same price?

    Thanks to you guys beforehand.

    1. HPI Savage X RTR
    2. HPI Hellfire RTR
    3. KYOSHO Giga Crusher SF Readyset
    4. TRAXXAS Revo 3.3 RTR
    5. TRAXXAS T-Maxx 3.3 RTR
    6. Team LOSI LST2
    7. Team LOSI Muggy

    parts

if spare parts u don mind get online than all MT good.

if limited in LHS, Savage parts backup is the best i think.

HellFire is Truggy not MT, if not wrong

I personally prefer those MT wif reverse, simply more run time than 'pick car' time

If you dun mind ordering spare parts online and the waiting time and cost, a good overall MT would be the LST2.

Otherwise, for spare parts support at LHS, Savage.

              Hellfire more truggy than MT.

from a noob's perspective like me....a truggy's ride height is lower, which means it's more stable, especially during corners, which translates to better racing.....

MT is more towards bashing around becos of it's beefier parts, supposed to last longer....

correct me if i'm wrong here....

Thanx a million guys. 1 more thing though.
I've now narrowed it down to
                      1. HPI Savage X RTR
                      2. Team LOSI LST2 RTR

I just called swan models. They don't have the LST2 in stock..not comin in soon either.

So any of you guys know where its sold? and how much it will cost me?
Also wheres the best place to buy the HPI Savage X? And how much does it cost?

P.S thanx to all the forumers who have replied so far. Hope you guys can help me on this request.

YOu can try Swan Models or Tai Sing for the Savage X as well, should cost around 900 - 950. LST 2 should cost slightly more (abt a 100 more), but hard to find, last I saw it was at Swan's.
