Hi Ken I've flown in 3 times...Definitely flies great. Big jump from my foamy Formosa. Edmond commented it carries speed well. Might not be good for balsa-noob like me Looking forward to more flight time with her. Hopefully I don't crash it too soon.

Using a AXI 2826/10. Wanted a Hacker A30-10XL but no stock currently.

      Cheers!

Guys, am in quite a fix. For Acromaster, the rear wheel wire used to hold the rear wheel to the rudder, that wire can be brought off shelf at RC shop eg NTC ?
I was coming to the rudder part when I found I dont have the wire in the package.... thought of bending my own but my wires are too soft and thin.

          Advise required urgently.

You cant buy the exact bent wire that comes in the kit.
But you can buy the wires of similair thickness from ntc.

Cut a short length, and bend accordingly.

            Thanx!

Thanks Wei Yao! Btw you have any recommendations for the kind of thickness or type of wire to use?

                1-1.5mm would be fine.

Piano wire would be the best, being slightly springy.

                Thanx!

                  Missing AM parts

better still... take pics of the landing gear packet and email multiplex to tell ask for replacement of missing part.

Or bring to NTC the landing gear packet and see if they can give you a free wire.

                  Cheers,
                  LEon

Bro - I had the same problem with the multiplex at NTC. Missing hardware parts. I think you should let them know regardless (even if you have opened and thrown away the original small parts bag) - as long as you know its already missing and not replaced. See what they say before you buy the piano wire.

Done up the rear wheel. John passed me his which he bought. Fits quite nicely but slightly higher than original wire.
PCC is ok, I've done up my plane so just take it as a lesson learnt. There'll always be bad experiences with RC shops here and there, I just have a very bad one recently with a Tamazo Watt Meter, and I would say this is small case
Anyway if I go NTC approach the uncle or the lady and gave them this question about the missing part, likely they'll look back at me looking for an answer
So sad no prop and no watt meter to final check on the plane.

Also, Guys, where is the CG for this plane that you use???? Accordingly to manual or you've found out to be something else?
My kinda flying is those inverts, acro, not too much of hovering and stuff.

I'm just about finish setting up the AM for "the King's" (changed motor, changed electronics, glassed nose/belly) so the trimmings a little out, maybe we can arrange a little evening trimming session at PFW for the 2 AMs. How's that?

                          I'll be intersting.

                          Cheers,
