topband motor

Need some help. Has anyone try this topband AE2815D 01C EDF motor before.? The spec says that it can take 11.1v to 14.8v. By looking at the size, i doubt so. I plan to run it on 4s. Thanks.

4S you can run on 64mm. But the power is less than other motor on 4S. For 19.90, i think you can't ask for much.
