    Cool!
I see that you use some interesting parts, like the hose clip, to form your foam cutting machine.
is it possible for your to list out the parts(model no) that you use for your building?

1.269oz holding torque bipolar stepper motor -4no,s(sg tooling)
2.4-axis bipolar stepper motor driver -1nos (ebay saver base store)
3.linear slide -8no,s (two for each axis .you can get this item from furniture spare parts shop)
4.10 turns per inch acme rod -4no,s. (you need to find the supplier i got mine from india , normal rods will work fine at lower speed)
one end of the acme rod diameter should be reduced to the diameter of stepper motor spindle so we can use plastic hose and clamp to attach the rod with stepper motor another end of the rod will be unsupported.(floating)
5.some ply wood parts cut to size according to your linear slides.(just google you can get an idea about the machine).
6.computer with parralel port loaded with profili pro and mach3.
      4. 20volt 10 amps smps to power bipolar driver (can get easily at sim lim tower)
5.30 volt 5 amps variable power supply to heat the wire to cut foam.(can get at sim lim tower, do not use fixed output voltage power supplies because you can not control the current flow through heating element . variable power supply will give you fine control of current flow through wire so we can set the temperature correctly according to our cutting speed)

if you want to know any thing kindly let me know i will clarify you

      thank you.http://www.daddyhobby.com/forum/imag...lies/seeya.gif
