I saw 4 x Dia. 1/8" hole, there is a "round" patch on 3 holes but not on one hole which you dimensioned center point 8mm by 8mm. Are those "round" patch raised area or merely bolting marks?

      Hi Mike,

Those raised area are broken aluminium rivets. So, in total, there would be four thru holes for mouting.

From a simple engraving query, I got myself into CNC.

Picked up a CNC Mill from Mike. Without his professional assistance and service I wouldn't have accomplished my original goal.

Here are some shots taken during the engraving. My first CNC job!

I also used Excel to "cheat" to make things faster

The base is thick ply, covered with resin epoxy.

Still working on a more permanent solution for the enclosure. (4 mths and counting )

Current one is made out of corrugated plastic, PVC pipe and clear acryllic windows. The rear is cut out from some plastic tub from IKEA and screwed down.
