    Help Needed In ASP 50Size Engine

    Anyone knows the Default Setting for ASP S52H Nitro engine??
    I try 3.5 Turn on High Needle
    But Im not Sure how many round to turn out (Anti-Clockwise) From Close Full.
    The other Problem I'm having was that @ top rightside near CARB opening there is a small screw and nut
    what does it do?? I Have No Ideal what is it for...

    Hope that someone can help me to solve my problem.

    Hi,
    Look into the manual, it stated 2-3 turns for both high and idle needles. The small screw you mention is use to keep the throttle pin (not sure what its call) from coming out, and it also served as a stopper for low throttle position.
    Which heli are you mounting it?

            Hope this link will help you:



            There is a low speed needle inside the throttle arm, besides the high speed needle and the idle screw. I encountered that my low speed needle is turned clockwise all the way in, even though my high speed needle is almost 6 turns out, the engine still run leans and quit during hovering, due to LSN is blocking the fuel flow. Lucky I got help from a nitro expert with ASP engine, he changed the LSN and HSN settings and I managed to fly nitro helicopter for the first tank. You might try the needle settings in the above link. For the manual, you can search for "magum 52" or "magum 46", I think is a plane version manual, but should give you sufficient information on the ASP engine.
