You forgot we are all SAF-trained to lay our stuff on the poncho, during "pasar malam" parade!

I started getting most of the components to build the Viking over the weekend. The plan is to build everything than figure out my weight budget for the battery, motor and esc.

The first order was to build the Rx sled in the back of the plane. Unlike the hurricane that came all built, the Viking had none. After a few days of designing the tray, the question remained how to build a nice sled that would fit snugly that far back in the fuse. So I decided that the sled will be bolted from the outside. Than Ronnie suggested using the fuselage to mold the sled. Which is what I did. I used a glass, balsa, glass sandwich and molded the sled out. After which the rest of the frames and formers were added for strength.
