I am ok. But the boat is not. I still could not get the boat to run as the coupler keep slipping. So I will need to change the coupler to my previous one which uses setscrew to secure on the flex cable.

You know the problem with RC hobby, you spend 95% of time to settle problems
For coupler, i use this http://www.mini-meca-rc.fr/pince-3-2-3-2. As soon as your boat is ready, can you make a video ?

In fact its going to be evening here.

but no matter how much I tighten, it just doesnt grip the flex cable. Probably too much torque for it to handle.

the jetlag..... almost 5 pm. sunday night. it's time to go to east coast for satay dinner or seafood............
I was talking to my friend, and he told me the same thing, for him there is to much torque. except that people are using huge motors such lehner 3060 or 3080 without any problems.
i need to check with my friends.
